Jennifer began her professional career in 2001 and has proven to be a results-driven team player while excelling with her leadership experience in fast-paced technology companies. She has a proven ability to build high performing cross-functional teams, increase efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction. Roles include Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Global Master Data Management, Senior Manager of Global Order Management and Billing, Senior Manager of SaaS, Service Deliver Manager II, and Senior Logistics Coordinator.
Jennifer’s specialties are comprised of 18+ years of cross-functional, service delivery and financial operations experience in retail & hospitality technology: including installation logistics, project implementation and management of various operations and service delivery functions – shared services, software testing and implementation, Scrum product owner of global customer for CRM/MDM and Scrum product owner of SaaS for Zuora.
Jennifer enjoys quality time outdoors on the lake with her family and dog Bear. She loves to travel, dance, host gatherings, and decompress on the patio with thriller, crime, and suspense novels.
